Issue: If your heat pump experiences persistent frost, we recommend adjusting the defrost parameter to resolve this issue.

Steps to Follow:

1. Turn off the heat pump:

   • Locate the power button of your heat pump and ensure it is completely turned off.

2. Access the settings menu:

   • Press and hold the On/Off button for 3 seconds to open the settings menu.

3. Select the parameter H1:

   • Use the button shaped like a ⚙️ to navigate through the available options.
   • Find and select the parameter H1 from the menu.

4. Adjust the defrost time parameter:

   • Once the parameter H1 is selected, increase the defrost time by setting it to 15 minutes. Use the specific controls on your heat pump to do this.

5. Change the parameter H3:

   • Just like with parameter H1, use the ⚙️ button to find and select parameter H3 from the menu.
   • Adjust the defrost temperature from -1°C to 2°C using the same specific controls as used for H1.

6. Validate the changes:

   • Press the ⚙️ button to confirm the changes made to the defrost settings and save them.
